Cauliflower fried "rice"

Ingredients
3 cup Cauliflower, raw 1.5 cup Peas and carrots, canned 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari) 2 1tsp Sesame Oil 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Saute onions in oil till tender. Add pease/carrots and heat through. Add cauliflower and soy sauce and mix well. Cook for a fee additional minutes so r"rice" gets tender. Serving Size: 1/2 c
