Ingredients
0.50 cup 365 Sushi Rice (Dry) (by LROZYLA) 2 serving Hormel Spam Lite (serving size is 2 oz OR 56G) .35 tbsp Aji-Mirin, Kikkoman (by MHPHELPS) 1 serving Sushi Nori, Raw Untoasted, 1 sheet
Directions
cook sushi sticky rice, add mirin, cool. place nori in mushu bi maker with ends even on top. place cooled rice on top. saute spam and place on top of rice. press down with top of mushu bi maker Wet one edge of nori and fold non wet edge over top of spam then wet edge on top of it.
