Squid in tomato sauce

Ingredients
340 grams Squid, raw 3 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice) 1 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 3 clove Garlic 3 tbsp Canola Oil 8 oz Pino Grigio (by JILLSTIME2LOSE) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 1 tsp Sugar - C&H Pure Cane Granulated White Sugar 1 cup Parsley
Directions
Onion garlic and bay leaf on med for 5 mins. Add tomato and chili powder for 10 mins. Add calamari for 10 mins. Add wine for 45 mins. Add pepper and parsley in the last 5 mins. Serve over anything.
