Strawberry Banana Smoothie

2 c. strawberries, fresh1 banana, frozen1 c. fat free milk1 c. fat free yogurt1 tsp. vanilla1 packet of splenda or artificial sweetneroptions:add fiber by putting some flax seed mealor veggies by adding some grated carrots.
Directions
Blend together. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
