Ingredients
16 oz Cod (fish) 6 tbsp Basil 3 clove Garlic 120 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Chop finely in processor with seasonings then make 8 patties, dip in scrambled large egg and coat in panko, patting to adhere.

Heat 2Tbsp oil in skillet, cook patties 3 min on each side or until golden brown.
