2.0 tbsp Chili powder2.0 tbsp Cumin seed2.0 tbsp Garlic powder16.0 oz Pork, fresh, ground, raw1.0 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste16.0 oz Ground beef, lean2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap8.0 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon1.0 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.5 cup Rotel
Cut bacon into 1" squares and cook until crisp. Set aside to drain. Chop onion and green pepper and cook in bacon grease until slightly tender. Set aside. Cook ground beef and pork until done. Add cooked onion and pepper, meat, Rotel, tomato paste, and water in Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Cook 15-20 min to meld flavors. Add bacon before serving.
