Ingredients
6 oz Tilapia filet 0.5 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 0.5 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 15 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tbsp Olivado Avacado Oil (by LIVINGTHIN)
Directions
with food chopper or meat grinder ground tilapia fillets, add panko, peppers, onions and celery(chopped), season to taste, add eggs and mix well. divided into 6 parts make patties out of each. sear in heated skillet with avocado oil until browned on both sides. serve over salad mix of choice.
