Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Apple1 Tbsp of peanut butter, creamy3 Tbsp of protein powder (whey or soy)0.5 cup of nonfat or sugarfree nonfat frozen yogurt).5 cup of nonfat milk
Directions
Slice the apple. Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

    I didn't have any protein powder, but this was very tasty. It is an excellant way for me to have my apple snack in my office, where there's no eating at your desk. I tried it with cashew butter, but it wasn't as good. Also, I just used fat free yogurt. VERY tasty recipe - 7/18/08
