Very yummy! The fish had a nice glaze on it. Very elegant. I served it with a healthy version of red beans & rice and steamed zucchini, red pepper, & summer squash. - 6/2/11

This is a quick way to add fish to your menu planning and the spices are very spicy alone, but the maple syrup adds a contrast and calms it down a bit. - 3/10/10

Absolutely the best. By husband and I both think we can use this for other fish. We both had a helping and a half. It was worth the extra calories and fat. - 2/5/09

Easy to make and delicious. You can vary the spices to make it mild or spicy to your taste. - 11/11/08

I would have never imagined maple on fish. It was such a suprisingly delightful flavor. It was one of the easiest dishes I have ever made. - 3/8/08

This dish was wonderful! I made it for some friends and even the one that didn't like fish loved it! I complemented the meal with the Citrus Rice (sunshine rice) recipe and cooked broccoli. - 1/10/08

I really liked this and I'm not even that big a fan of fish. I added 1/4 tsp of cayenne to the recipe as well, because I'm a fan of spicy food. Very good, and I look forward to having it again! - 12/6/07
