64 oz Pork, fresh, loin, sirloin (roasts), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, roasted 1 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned 1 Serving(s) Herdez salsa verde 2 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice 6 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon 0.25 cup Flour, white 2 Tbsp dried Cilantro1 med onion, diced
Roast pork roast and shred
Pour off cooking fat
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook until tender
