Ingredients
1 serving Nature's Bounty Complete Protein & Vitamin Shake Mix 1 small Banana1 tbsp Bell Plantation PB2 2 tsp Chia Seeds8 oz Skim Milk Ice (optional)
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender except ice.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice a few cubes at a time until desired consistancy.
