Ingredients
0.5 cup Butter, salted1.0 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 tsp Pepper, black2.0 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen24.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast0.25 large Egg white, fresh3.0 cup Kroger, refrigerated pie crusts14.0 oz Kroger chicken broth3.0 tsp GFS chicken base
Directions
Cook chicken in water until tender, shred and return to pan with remaining broth. Add veg, cream, butter, broth, pepper, chicken base, mix well Spread pie crust in bottom of 8x12 baking dish. Add chicken mixture Cover with top crust Brush egg white on top crust Bake @ 350* for 45 minutes Serving Size: Makes 10 servings
