4 cup Broccoli raab, raw [Broccoli rabe, Rapini] chopped 40g (by CHUCKLES0719) 2000 grams Spinach, frozen 6 oz Onion, sweet, raw 4 serving Garlic (raw), 1 clove (by JOCELYN917) 1 serving besan flour 30gm (by FIT240) 2 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Butter, salted 2 tbsp Light Cream (coffee cream or table cream) 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp chilli pepper or crushed pepper (by JUMANA77) 0.25 tsp Ground Red Pepper (by --SHELLEY--)
Chop all of the greens
Sautee the onions & Garlic
Add the spices (Garam Masala, red chilis, Ground ginger powder, Amchur)
Sautee the chopped greens
Add the water
Cook in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes
Add the Besan flour to thicken
Put entire mixture into a FOOD PROCESSOR
Put back onto the stove for another 5 minutes to blend
Add salt to taste
Top with the melted butter
Serving Size: Makes generous serving : about 1/2 cup
