1 cup Publix Spinach (3 cups/ 85g) 1.5 cup six cheese italian shredded (1/4 cup) 3 tsp Publix grated romano parmesan cheese 1 cup Pizza sauce Dei Fratelli (1/4 cup) 114 gram(s) Publix large ripe pitted olives (4 olives/15g) 1 cup Purple Onion (by SHOPGIRL61) 145 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 78 gram(s) Pillsbury Pizza crust (1/5 pkg/62g) 1 serving White Mushroom, Whole Raw, Medium (5 per serving) (by THESLADEV)
Cook pizza crust as per instructions. While cooking start slicing up your veggies. Once crust is ready to start adding your toppings. I started with a spoon of sauce and spread it all over the crust until the measured portion was gone. Layered my thinly sliced onions, red peppers, olives, mushrooms and then the spinach leaves. Sprinkled parmesan cheese and then the finely shredded cheese and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
