9 oz Beef, top sirloin 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 454 grams Spinach, fresh 2 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Asian Chili Paste (by REFERENCE) 0.3 cup Rice - Minute instant brown rice .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Epicure Minced Garlic (by TJENNIX) 2 tsp Ginger Root 3 cup Bean sprouts 1 tbsp Japanese Traditional, Mirin (Rice Cooking Wine) (by SATSKUKI)
Slice beef very thin
Spray pan with cooking spray
Add beef, cook briefly to start to brown
Add onions, cook 2-3 minutes
Add garlic, diced ginger root and chili paste. Cook 3-5 minutes
Add mirin and soy sauce
Add bean sprouts and spinach, toss until spinach wilts.
Add instant rice and let sit until rice is soft.
Enjoy
