Whole Wheat-Cornmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups soy milk 1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup cornmeal1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
In a large bowl combine the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda and salt with a wire whisk. Stir in soy milk just until combined. Let batter sit for 5 minutes.

Lightly spay a heated griddle with Pam. Pour about 1/3 cup of batter onto griddle. Cook about 2 minutes or less on one side, turn and cook other side till done. Serve hot.
