3 large Egg Yolk 3 serving Egg white (1 large separated from yolk) (by HEATHERHASJOY) 3 tbsp Sour Cream .125 tsp Cream of tartar .125 tsp Salt
preheat oven to 300 degree. separate yolks and whites. add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form. add sour cream and salt to yolks and beat until smooth. gently fold the yolk mixture into the whites. spoon onto sheet covered with parchment paper and sprayed with cooking spray. bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. let cool on pan for a few minutes then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling. store in container at room temp or in fridge. can also be frozen.
