Ingredients
2.0 cup Cauliflower, raw2.0 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce3.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.0 clove Garlic0.25 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)1.0 large Scrambled Egg
Directions
Shred cauliflower. Slice chicken into thin strips then cook in pan with 1/2 tblsp of soy sauce. Add garlic, cook till brown, add cauliflower and remaining soy sauce. Mix in egg and green onion.

    Just done- I added a bag of coleslaw mix and "stir-fried" it in some water. - 2/14/17
