curried bulgar salad

Ingredients
1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Bulgar Wheat (dry) (by FORESTGHOUL) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tbsp Honey 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 3 tbsp Pine Nuts 1 cup Cilantro (leaves, fresh) (by WORDMULE) 1 tbsp Curry powder
Directions
boil 2 1/2 C water and pour over wheat in a glass bowl. Let set 20 min. Add vegetables and make dressing with oil, honey and curry powder. Stir to coat. Serve cold.
