Mama's dirty rice

Ingredients
3.0 cup, diced Celery, raw3.0 tsp Garlic3.0 cup, chopped Kale2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper18.0 cup zatarains dirty rice10.0 serving john morrell hot smoked sausage
Directions
In large pot, sautee onion, celery and garlic until golden. Add 10 cups of water, green peppers, diced sausage, and boxes of dirty rice with seasoning packets. Bring to a boil, then add kale to top of pot, cover and reduce to low and simmer for twenty minutes. Let sit for ten minutes uncovered before serving Serving Size: Makes 10, 2c servings
