Low Carb Creamed Spinach

Ingredients
4 cup Spinach, fresh 4 oz Cream Cheese 2 clove Garlic 4 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tsp. of onion powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook Spinach down to make 4 to 5 cups of spinach
In separate pan, cooked down 3 tlbs. of butter and sauté garlic and add onion powder.
Drain spinach and then add to pan.
In separate pan add cream cheese and heavy cream and heat until the cream cheese is melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Slowly add cream cheese mixture slowly to the spinach to your liking. Then add 1 cup of parmesan cheese.
