One Skillet Mexican Chicken & Rice

Ingredients
2 cans (10 oz ea) pre-cooked chicken1 cup salsa (optional)2 cups minute rice2 cups water1 package lawerys taco seasoning1 can sweet corn1 can (3.8 oz) sliced black olives
Directions
Bring chicken, salsa, taco seasoning & water to a boil in a large skillet. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in corn & rice. Sprinkle with olives & cheese, cover. Cook on low for approx. 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.

About 6 servings.
