4.0 cup, chopped Kale1.0 cup Kefir Lowfat Strawberry Lifeway1.0 serving California Navel Orange - medium orange (131g)2.0 cup, sliced Mangos
Directions
Put ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth. Add chilled water as needed to achieve desired consistency. Add 1/2 cup of oatmeal for a heartier breakfast smoothie.
