Chicken-Tortellini Soup

2 cans (14 oz. each) fat-free chicken broth with 1/3 less sodium3 cups water5 to 6 medium green onions, sliced (1/3 cup)1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 lbs. precut chicken breast chunks or 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts(1/2 lb.), cut into 1/2-inch pieces1 package (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini1 cup chopped fresh spinach1 cup frozen sweet peas (from 1-lb. bag)
1. In 3-quart saucepan, mix broth, water, onions, basil and garlic. Heat to boiling. Stir in chicken and tortellini. Reduce heat to medium; simmer uncovered 4 minutes.
2. Add spinach and peas; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until spinach is wilted, tortellini is tender and chicken is no longer pink in center. If desired, season to taste with pepper.
