6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw4.0 oz Chorizo, pork and beef1.0 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry0.5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Cook quinoa according to pkg. Can be cooked in advance and stored in fridge or can even frozen. Day of assembly cool chorizo and cool slightly. Add quinoa to large bowl. Mix in all the other ingredients. Put in greased muffin tins. Cool 15 min @350.
