Gingers Chicken Barley Chowder

Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 10.5 oz Great Value Reduced Sodium Cream of Chicken Soup (Condensed) (by SUGARBEAR9094) 3 clove Garlic .5 tsp Thyme, fresh .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Barley, pearled, cooked 1 cup Peas, frozen 4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
Dice the chicken and cook it with a little EVOL, add veggies (except peas) and spices. Cook till chicken is done. Add broth OR use water. When everything is hot add cooked barley and turn down to simmer for 30 minutes. Put cream of chicken soup in a bowl mix in 1/2 c water and the 1/4 cup flax stir into the soup and blend together. Add the peas and stir, the will thaw and be perfect.
