15 gram Chia Seed - Spectrum Organic Essentials (1T/12g) 1 cup Silk Soy Milk, original 1.5 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener 1.5 tbsp brown rice syrup, Lundberg Farms (by TURTLEGODDESS) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3.5 serving Bread, Whole Wheat -Wegmans soft 100% whole wheat (2 slices)kec
-mix soy milk, chia seeds, syrup, truvia, and ground cinnamon together.
-leave in fridge for 10-20 minutes to set up
-heat pan on medium heat w/ your oil of choice
-dunk bread into milk mix and let it soak enough for the bread to be covered
-lay on pan and let one side cook for a few minutes and then turning to let the other side cook
-serve that s**t
