Banana and White Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup Splenda3/4 cup Wholegrain Flour1/2 cup White Flour1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/3 cup White Chocolate Bits1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce1/2 cup Mashed Banana1 Medium Egg, beaten1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 deg F (180 deg C) and grease a 6 hole muffin tin.

In a bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients. In a jug mix the remaining ingredients together and pour into bowl with dry ingredients, adding a little water if it appears dry. DO NOT overmix.

Place in the muffin tray and cook for @ 20 mins or until skewer inserted comes out dry.

Note:
You can add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, nutmeg or mixed spice if you choose.
