Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef, lean 1 raw0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 0.3 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Paprika 0.5 tsp Onion powder 0.5 tsp Garlic powder 0.75 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Mustard seed, yellow 2/3 cup tomato sauce - inside meat1 cup tomato sauce or Rao's tomato basil sauce on top.
Directions
Mix all ingredients and form loaf. Cook 1 hour at 350. Top with additional sauce if needed Serving Size: Makes 5 - 3oz servings
