1 serving Alive Pea Protein (by PMFISH) 1 serving Egg white, large 50 gram beleg, kaas, cottage cheese Linessa (Lidl) (by LOLA78KG) 10 gram(s) Feta Cheese (Tre Stelle, light feta) 3 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw 1 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 oz Cabot Sharp Light Cheddar (50%) 1 tsp Oregano, ground 10 grams Tomato Paste
Mix egg whites, protein, cottage cheese and some oregano.
Preheat oven at 180. Bake on parchment paper for 10 min. Remove. Spread tomato paste. Add cheddar. Top with veggies. Crumble the feta. Bake until cheese melts.
