Hummus - FF

Garbanzo beans - 2 cansLemon-1 large or 2 smallwatergarlic-5 + clovesblack pepper
Drain and rinse 2 cans of Garbanzo beans (this will lower the sodium content from what the Nutritional Info states).
Pour the beans into the bowl of a food processor,
add crushed/minced garlic cloves (add more if you like)
Squeeze Lemon and strain juice into processor. Grind black pepper over the ingredients in the bowl. Start the processor. Add small amounts of water to blend the mixture, but not so much that it makes the hummus runny.
Serving size is difficult to determine. Use as a dip with fresh veggies or homemade pita chips. This could serve 1 or many more :D
