1 clove Garlic 50 Onions, raw 6 tsp packed Brown Sugar 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 425.20 gram(s) Tomato sauce, Hunts 2 tsp Gulden's Brown and Spicy Mustard 48 oz Chicken breasts, skinless (GV)
Spray pan with olive oil.
sautee onions and garlic
add everything else except the chicken and wait a while
Stir for a while
Put the chicken in a slow cooker
Add the sauce and cook on low for 4-6 hours
If sauce is too thick, thin with 1/2 cup water
Shred chicken with two forks and cook longer, if desired, to thicken sauce
Serving Size: 100 grams serving size
