Ingredients
2 large Egg Yolk 1 serving Coffee, Folgers French Roast 4 tbsp Coconut Oil .50 serving Guittard Extra Dark Chocolate Chips (30 chips)
Directions
Crack your 2 eggs and separate the yolk; store you egg whites for a later recipe in the fridge.
Start your coffee
Have your blender out and ready to use, while coffee is getting hot.
Add 15 dark chocolate chips to blender, add in egg yolks.
Pour in hot coffee and blend on high for 2 minutes.
Pour into cups serve and enjoy.
