Copycat Larabar bars

Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews 1 cup, pitted, chopped Dates 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
Directions
Put all ingredients in food processor, along with 1 Tbsp water. pulse til everything comes together. May have to add an additional 1 Tbsp. Lay a sheet of waxed paper on counter and mash date mixture into clump. Spread out into rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into squares or roll into balls. Store in refrig. Makes 16 bars.
