1 cups diced onions3 cups diced celery2 cups diced carrots4 garlic clovesI Jalapeno pepper2 cups Yves Veggie Ground Round1 can of black beans3 tsps Taco seasoning mixpepper and salt to tasteDried pepper flakes to taste1 cup corn kernels1 19 oz can tomato sauce1 28 oz can diced tomatoes6 cups water
Saute onions, garlic, celery, carrots, and Jalapeno pepper in the olive oil until soft. Add tomatoes, sauce, ground round, corn, beans and seasonings. Simmer until vegetables are cooked.
