1 cup Oats, Quaker 1 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 3 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 80 gram beleg, kaas, cottage cheese Linessa (Lidl) (by LOLA78KG) 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 10 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Simply mix dry ingredients and wet separetely. Then blend dry ingredients. Incorporate everything. mix and bake for 25 min at 180. allow to cool on wine rack
