Fat Free Cream Cheese, 4 oz Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup Jell-o Sugar Free - Fat Free Instant Banana Cream Pudding, 2 boxesFiber One Cereal 2 cups toastedBanana, fresh, 1 large sliced thinlyStrawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves Whipped Topping Fat Free 8oz container
Chop cereal in food processor until crumblike. Place on baking sheet and toast for a few minutes. Combine cream cheese and skim milk in mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth. Add pudding mix; beat until blended. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and mix lightly. Arrange banana and strawberry slices onto bottom of rectagular baking dish. Spoon remaining whipped topping over fruit . Spoon pudding mixture on top of whipped topping; top with cereal. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
