Ground Bison and Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground bison meat1/2 lb ground turkey meat1/4 cup barbeque sauce1 egg1/2 cup rolled oats1/4 cup grated parmesan cheesefreshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mixing lightly until combine. Form into balls about the size of walnuts. To cook: Drizzle a bit of oil in a large skillet and heat. Add meatballs, cooking until lightly browned.

Makes 48 meatballs.
