Slow Cooker Chicken Fajita Soup

16 oz Chicken Breast boneless skinless raw rinsed Kirkwood (by IKACEY) 2.5 cup Great Value 98% Fat Free Cream Of Chicken Soup 2 cup Great Value Frozen Kernel Golden Corn 16 tbsp Salsa 1.5 cup Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans 1 cup Great Value Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese 0.5 tsp Dried Cilantro 1.5 cup Water 1 tsp Ground Cumin
Spray bottom and side of slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken breast in first. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese in large mixing bowl. Pour mixture over chicken breast. Cook on low 6-8 hrs. Remove chicken breast and shred with a fork. Put chicken back in and add cheese and stir. Allow cheese to melt (about 15 minutes)
