1/2 cup Aldi Fit and Active Egg Substitute 1/2 cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar cheeses, divided1/2 cup chopped Onions1cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned 1 stalk,celery, chopped 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper , chopped16 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef 2 tsp Parsley, dried 1 clove Garlic, minced1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning 1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Combine 1/3 cup cheese and remaining ingredients until well mixed. Shape into 6 small loaves. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 160 degrees. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 2-3 more minutes.
