6 almond Almonds 0.25 serving Body fortress vanilla protein powder 2 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER) 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 90 gram beleg, kaas, cottage cheese Linessa (Lidl) (by LOLA78KG) 2 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 2 gram(s) Glucomannan (by MALKASHAYNA) 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 6 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia 3 tsp Erythritol (by GHGHNOW)
take the almonds and poach them. peel.
Mix protein powder, coconut flour, flax, cottage cheese and stevia.
take an almond and put it in the center, put 1/6 of the dough around. repeat 5 times until you are done with the dough. freeze for 20 min. while freezing, mix glucomannan with greek yogurt,
mix erythritol and coconut. take the balls from the refrigerator. dip each in the yogurt using a toothpick, then cover with coco mix. put in paper mini muffin cases and keep refrigerated. consume after 2-3 hours at least
