No Bake Apple Pie Bites

Ingredients
5 date, pitted Medjool dates 1 tbsp Coconut Flour, Organic Bob's Red Mill 2 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t) 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats 1 serving apple, fresh, large 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
1) In food processor, pulse apple until finely chopped. Pour in dates and pulse again to finely chop.
2) Pour in remaining ingredients; puree mixture until smooth. (Note: Mixture should appear like a coarse paste.)
3) Transfer mixture to bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4) Shape mixture into two-teaspoon-sized balls.
(Note: Store balls in refrigerator for up to 1 week.)
