Ingredients
50 grams Flour, whole grain 5 serving PL-Eggs (Powdered Egg Whites - 1 T) (by PATTISPARK1) 5 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 5 tsp Erythritol (by GHGHNOW) 2 serving Alive Whole Food Energizer Shake Pwd (Rice and Pea Protein, Vanilla Flavored) (by THE-B-HIVE) 6 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 1 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium 1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Preheat oven at 180
Mix yogurt and vinegar
Mix dry ingredients.
mix all together
use 6 silicon molds and bake for 20 min
allow to cool
