4 tbsp Coconut Oil 6 tbsp Brown rice syrup 1 cup Almond Butter 1.3 cup Maple Syrup 3 tbsp Vanilla1 tsp sea salt9 cup dry Oatmeal1 cup (not packed) Raisins 1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 1 cup Coconut .5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt .5 cup Pumpkin seeds .5 cup Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds .5 cup almond slivered and blanched 4 tbsp chia seeds
Melt coconut oil. Whisk in next 5 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients until well combined. Spread out on two jelly roll sheets.
Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir and bake another 20 minutes. Let cool completely. Store in a covered container.
