Ingredients
9.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini4.0 serving Beeler's Uncured Thick Sliced Bacon (1 slice cooked)2.0 serving Hormel Natural Choice Cooked Deli Ham (56 gm)4.0 serving potatoes- shredded hash browns simply potatoes (1/2 cup)6.0 oz Organic Valley Raw Sharp Cheddar Cheese4.0 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv0.5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Melt ghee in large cast iron skillet. Place hash browns evenly over bottom of pan and bake in oven until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Beat the eggs with 1/2 cup milk and pour over potatoes. Add cooked bacon, zucchini, mushrooms, ham, and shredded cheese evenly over top of egg mixture. Baked in the oven for 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese starts to turn brown. Remove from oven and cut into 6 wedges. Serving Size: 6 servings
