Ingredients
1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 60 grams Vital wheat gluten 4 serving Egg white, large 2 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER) 1 tbsp Cider Vinegar 5 tsp Erythritol (trim healthy mama) (by KELLIEKLUMPP) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Seperately mix dry and wet ingredients, except on chickpeas.
mash the chickpeas using a blender. Add in the wet ingredients. blend again.
Preheat oven at 180. Use a bowl to mix all together.
bake in a non-stick loaf pan for 20-25 min.

allow to cool on a wine rack completely and slice
