213 gram(s) Bob Redmill Oat Flour 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar (less/none if protein has sugar)1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 4 tbsp Teddie unsalted Old Fashioned Natural Peanut Butter 8 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 medium Banana, fresh 3 tbsp Coconut Milk
Mix Dry ingredients in one large bowl. Warm maple syrup and pb until mixed, ass to bowl with wet ingredients (minus milk). Make thick dough and flatten into pan. Place in fridge for 1 hour.
