32 oz Carne picada extra thin sliced beef 2 tsp French's Worcestershire Sauce, Reduced Sodium 2.5 tsp Tony Chachere brown gravy mix 1 tsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend 0.75 tsp Zatarains Creole Seasoning 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 5 serving or 1 bag Bailey Farms Lil' Sweeties Sweet Mini Peppers (3 peppers per serving)
Slice peppers. Brown beef in pot then turn to medium heat and add peppers, sliced mushrooms and all seasoning except brown gravy mix. Once vegetables completely cooked down, add 2.5 teaspoon of brown gravy mix, then reduce heat to low and simmer approximately 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes or on a whole grain tortilla.
