Salmon-Cream Cheese Rolls with Avocado and Jalapeno

Ingredients
2 oz Smoked Salmon (lox) 2 tbsp Cream Cheese 1 serving Hass Avocado Fresh (1/2 of Avocado) .5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers .25 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
Directions
spread the cream cheese onto the salmon in a medium-thin layer.
add a slice or two of avocado and jalapeno.
roll them up and chill for an hour, then slice them into bite-sized rolls. Serve with a dot of sriracha on each, and some soy sauce.
