Ingredients
12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw4.5 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1.5 package (9 oz) Artichokes, frozen4.0 serving Cheese (Frigo Light Mozerella Cheese Stick)
Directions
Place cut up chicken breast in each cup of a cupcake tray. Place some shredded cheese on top of chicken. Then artichokes on top of that or another vegetable. Crack an egg on top season as needed. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 min or until done. Serving Size: 1
